Corrections come first

If an amount, deadline or eligibility rule here is wrong or has changed, tell me and I will fix the page and reset its verification date. Please include the URL, and a link to the program page you are going by if you have one.

The most useful message this site can get is "this one closed". Programs run out of money quietly, and the administering page is often updated days after the queue actually shut. If you applied and were turned away, that is worth knowing here.

States not covered yet

The board at Is it open in my state? shows what has been checked and what has not. If your state is blank and you want it moved up the queue, say so.

What this site cannot do

It cannot tell you whether a credit applies to your tax return, or whether your house qualifies for a particular program. Those are questions for a tax professional and for the program itself. What is here is what the programs say about themselves, with the date each statement was read.
